Medic Booster Calf 25 lb

Contains a Source of Live (Viable) Naturally Occurring Microorganisms, Yeast Culture, Vitamins and Minerals! MEDIC BOOSTER® CALF is a nutritional supplement designed for inclusion in feed, or milk and milk replacers to support and enhance digestion and animal performance. The naturally occurring microorganisms are live microbial cultures which have been micro-encapsulated to preserve viability. Raise a healthier calf with MEDIC BOOSTER® CALF! WHY DO YOUNG ANIMALS NEED MEDIC BOOSTER® CALF? In the first few weeks of life the young animal must recover from things such as adapting to a new diet, separation from its mother, shipping and weather changes. During this time the normal microbial balance of the intestine may be upset. Maintaining a healthy population of Beneficial Bacteria in the intestine helps keep the animal on track. Difficulty in adapting to starter feeds is partly because many young animals are deficient in rumen bacteria. Supplementation with the beneficial bacteria and yeast cultures in MEDIC BOOSTER® CALF can aid your calf’s transition to solid feed!
