Terms & Conditions
TERMS
All prices are net cash with order. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover Cards, and Farm Plan for payment. Quantities may be limited. All orders are F.O.B. All orders of $75.00 or more, excluding F.O.B. items, are sent freight prepaid within the contiguous United States. All orders under $75.00 will be charged the actual freight charges for that order. Our shipper of choice is UPS. All orders less than $50.00 will be charged a $5.00 handling fee along with the shipping fee.
REFRIGERATED ITEMS
We ship refrigerated items via UPS Ground . There is a $4.00 charge for coolers. UPS Ground requests will be shipped Monday through Wednesday.
TAX EXEMPT
If you or your company is tax-exempt, you will have to supply a copy of the tax exemption status to Animal Medic, Inc., P. O. Box 575, Manchester, PA 17345 or fax to 717-266-2594 in order to receive tax exemption on an order.
RETURNS
All returns must be authorized and returns for credit or exchange must be made within 15 days of receipt of order. Vaccines are non-returnable.
CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES
All claims for merchandise received from Animal Medic MUST be reported to the Carrier IMMEDIATELY and to Animal Medic within 5 days of receipt.

Animal Medic, Inc. is not responsible for human error on this site. Animal Medic, Inc. is also not responsible for usage of products when label directions are not followed.
GOVERNING LAW
All matters between Animal Medic, Inc. and its customers or Users of its website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising between Animal Medic, Inc. and its customers or Users shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Common Pleas of York County, Pennsylvania or the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Animal Medic, Inc., its customers, and Users, hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of said Courts.
COLLECTION COSTS
In the event that Animal Medic, Inc. is required to take effort to collect any monies due and owing pursuant to Agreements established through this Website,
or Animal Medic, Inc. is required to defend itself to any claims arising out of or in any way relating to this website, then Animal Medic, Inc. shall be entitled to recover all costs incurred, including, but not limited to, interest (at a rate of 1.5% per month or 18% per annum), costs of suit, and reasonable attorneys' fees. Animal Medic, Inc. shall also be entitled to recover any other costs incidental to such matters, including, but not limited to investigative services cost, staff time, and witness fees.
